I called and told them that it took them over an hour to load and that it would not be enough for them to unload in another hour even though I’m only moving 6 miles. The men showed up and did not dismount my tvs and took over one hour loading everything from a small 1000 sq foot apartment. sold in competition with northern grown cabbage held in storage. My service was scheduled for 3pm, I called at 2 to confirm and they confirmed. The one star is because they had a lot of availability and flexibility.
